Please Download the submission forms in PDF or Word Format - found to the right of this page.
Post/Mail (3) DVDs of your film/photo-voice/multimedia along with a hardcopy of your completed application form by the deadline;
The application form must be sent via email to the Film Development Council () and a three minute (or less) trailer uploaded to the multimedia film festival’s official website by 11:59p.m., March 09th, 2012. The ability to upload trailers to the website will commence on November 01st, 2011.
Similarly, the 3 DVDs of your submission along with a hardcopy of your completed application form must be received by the above stated deadline (March 09th, 2012) at the following address by 5:00pm:

All hard copy submissions must be received by March 09th, 2012 before 5:00 pm.

The Film Development Council of York Region reserves all rights to deny or withdraw a submission from the film festival at anytime (e.g. during the adjudication stage, pre or post screening phase, etc.) with or without explanation!
